The goal of the HHA Partnering Collaborative was to optimize the role of the HHA as part of the care team, resulting in a better match between aide services and patient need, increased aide satisfaction and increased aide retention. VNSNY maintains contracts with multiple Licensed Agencies, in addition to their own subsidiary agency Partners in Care, to ensure that each team has access to a primary and secondary source of qualified HHAs. Unlike the ADL Tool and Five Promises, however, team-level supervision scores are part of the normal structure of team reporting and practice improvement.
